What do I need to include on my invitations?
There are certain things that you need to have on your engagement invites, the list below is a good place to start.
- Who - Who is getting engaged, who is hosting the party
- Where - What is the name of the venue, where is it located
- Why - The reason for the celebration (your engagement in this case)
- When - The date and time of the party
- What - Any other information, fancy dress, bring a bottle, formal dress etc.
- How - Your contact details for the RSVP. telephone, mobile, address etc.
This list covers the basics but you can always add a poem, verse or other text, as long as you don't forgot these essentials.
